In the basic knowledge of smashing machinery, its principles and features have been introduced in detail, making everyone a probably understanding of crushing machinery, but it is not a lot, so they have to introduce it, because it is not only These, there are other aspects, and it is also important, then the details will be expanded.
1. Preparing for the host, accompaniment, pipeline, and valve, etc., whether it is intact, whether it works fine.
2. Power on
(1) Turn on the compressor power, the dust collector pressure valve, the main gas valve, and then open the power switch of the pulverizer and turn on the power.
(2) Start the grading wheel from zero, gradually adjust to the specified speed.
(3) Open the fan, the cyclone separator, dust removal, and the power supply of the electric machine, then open the total power supply of the feed bun, set the frequency of the inverter, and then start the addition of pulverization.
(4) The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted by the grading wheel frequency and the amount of the amount.
3. Downtable downtime is: inverter - Takers - Airweight valve - Compressor - Section impeller motor - cyclone discharge, dust removal switch - fan - total power supply - air compressor.
4. Maintenance
(1) The motor should be lubricated regularly, but the lubricating oil should not be too much to prevent the bearing temperature too high.
(2) Hierarchical impeller, spiral feeder, and smashing nozzles should pay attention to view, and the tightness of the transmission belt should be appropriate.
(3) After the material is pulverized to a certain period of time, it should be cleaned the attachment powder inside the machine to avoid clogging, thereby affecting the crushing effect.
(4) After the filter bag is used for a period of time, it is cleaned or replaced.
5. Precautions
(1) When the discharge is running, the outlet of the discharge cannot be extended to avoid accidents.
(2) The rotational speed of the impeller cannot exceed the specified, otherwise the temperature is too high, damage the impeller and motor.
(3) Safety valve, etc. to be verified regularly to ensure safety.
